If you had to move to a country besides the one you currently live in, where would you move and why? I would like to go to Great Britain. I have a lot of ancestors that were from England. I think the country side over there is beautiful and I love their accents.
What color would you like your bedroom to be? I like my bedroom to be light blue gray with white molding.
What makes you Happy? Make a list of things in your life that bring you joy. 1. Having some quiet time in the evening after my husband stops watching TV all night long. 2. Walking 3x week,. I used to walk a mile but now got out of the habit on account of the weather and then we had some cold weather. Need to start up again. I felt better and I could get into my skinny clothes and had more energy. 3. Helping people find answers to their genealogy questions and then coming back to share their finds with me. (kind of that old saying “Have I done any good today”) 4. Creating and designing gifts for friends, relatives or grandchildren. 5. Playing The Memory Game with my grandchildren 6. Going to car shows to look at neat cars someone took the time to restore 7. Researching whether for recipe, or idea or genealogy or helping someone find information 8. Being compassionate,

I had loads of tomatoes both Roma and another kind but it escapes me what they are. I had in my mind to can them for later use. Then I was at the dentist one day last week and we got to talking about gardens. My dentist mentioned his wife made spaghetti sauce and put them in ziplock bags. I had never heard of doing that before. He said they had 46 bags so they could have one a week. I thought that was amazing. So I came home and decided instead of just putting up tomatoes that I would make spaghetti sauce and put then in ziplock freezer bag for later use. This is the book I got my recipe out of to make my sauce:
I used the recipe on page 110, but I did tweaked it to my liking. I added rehydrated zucchini, mushrooms to my sauce. I ended up with 7 bags of sauce. The recipe called for canned tomatoes but I used my garden tomatoes.
Then my husband reminded me today on the way home from running errands that I needed to make a dish for tomorrow’s potluck. So I pulled out my spaghetti sauce and put them in microwave to defrost somewhat. Then placed then in sauce pan to finish thawing out in the pan. I actually ended up making two lasagna. One was with spinach and Italian Sausage. The other one was more vegetarian I used mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, carrots. The meat one is for the church potluck tomorrow The other one will be for lunches for next week. I had a large Ricotta Whole Milk Cheese container and the expiration date on the container said the 19th, so I thought I had better use this up instead of having to waste this. So that is why I decided to make two casserole dishes.. It was easy for me to make another one because all the ingredients was already sitting around on the counter from making the first lasagna. I just remembered to that I had not filled out Monday questionnaire so I am little behind but so be it. I had the draft started but hadn’t gone to get the questions out yet.
